On the radial side of the wrist in a depression between extensor pollicis longus and brevis tendons, found when the thumb is tilted upward.

Indication
Headache，eye rednesss and sore throat，toothache，swelling and sore throat，deafness， wrist pain… Classically noted with LI 7 for “seeing ghosts,” may be useful in manic conditions.

Headache：LI 05 & LI 04.
Fullness sensation in the chest：LI 05 & SI 17.
Palpitation：LI 05 & ST 41 & GB 35.

在腕背橫紋橈側，手拇指向上翹起時，當拇短伸肌腱與拇長伸肌腱之間的凹陷中。
特點
經（火）穴。

針灸取穴比量法。出自《千金要方》。

作为量取穴位的長度單位。
穴區神經血管
橈神經淺支，頭靜脈、橈動脈本幹及其腕背支。
適應症
主治頭痛，目赤腫痛，牙痛，咽喉腫痛，耳聾，手腕痛等。
